Welcome to Thurston County, Washington!  As a resident for my entire life, I can share all there is to know about the Olympia, Tumwater and Lacey areas.  I currently live in Tenino where I also can show you wonderful homes around Rochester, Oakville and Yelm.   We have city living as well as beautiful country living.  And just a hop, skip and a jump away is Centralia and Chehalis with wonderful Victorian homes. 

The beauty of this area is the central location to everything.  Within 60-90 minutes you can be at the Pacific Ocean to play on the beach, at beautiful Mt. Rainier or Mt. St. Helens to play in the snow and ski, or if you like the action of the city, we are centrally located between Seattle and Portland.

We are located at the Southern Tip of the Puget Sound and have a mild climate.  Yes, we have plenty of rain, but we do not get real extreme heat or cold for extended periods of time.  And because of the rain the air is clean and the landscape is green and fresh.

There are terrific schools for the kids, Olympia is the State Capital and offers lots of employment opportunities as well as home to many cultural facilities.

As for Real Estate, we live in an area that is growing quickly and house prices are still reasonable.  I have been a Real Estate Agent since 1995 with experience in both the listing and the buying of homes.  During this time I also had the opportunity to work with a building contractor.  This has given me a terrific hands on education from the purchase &  development of land, working with the County for permitting, well & septic installation as well as the actual construction of homes.

My goal with my customers is to provide the best service I can.  While working closely with my clients, we have fun, but get the job done.  Communication is key and is my top priority.
